Starfish Pictures Limited is a rapidly growing independent production company based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Founded in 2005, Starfish Pictures specialises in producing prime-time factual entertainment. With top rating series broadcast in New Zealand and internationally, Starfish Pictures is continuing to add to its successful track record with a number of new series currently in development and production.
Starfish Pictures is jointly owned and managed by Jeff Cameron and Karren Woolly.

Jeff Cameron
Managing Director & Head of Development
Graduating in 1994 with a BA Hon’s degree in Film and Television from the University of Westminster, London, Jeff returned to New Zealand where he worked as a freelance Director, Writer and Camera Op in factual and formatted television for over a decade.
In 2005 Jeff founded Starfish Pictures and has since produced the top rating series Search & Rescue and Rapid Response.
Karren Woolly
Company Director & Executive Producer
Karren joined Starfish Pictures at the beginning of 2007 as Executive Producer across all productions. Having worked in the television industry for over 15 years, both in the UK and New Zealand, Karren has produced numerous primetime documentaries and series for all three main channels in New Zealand.
